GableGotwals congratulates Shareholder Adam C. Doverspike on being appointed by Oklahoma Supreme Court Chief Justice John Kane to serve on the state’s Dispute Resolution Advisory Board. He was recently sworn in at the Oklahoma Judicial Center on November 17.

Today, United States District Judge Xavier Rodriguez dismissed a lawsuit against Fort Worth-based company Creative Solutions in Healthcare, the largest skilled nursing provider in Texas. The district court’s order ends years of litigation during which Creative Solutions’ CEO Gary Blake consistently maintained that his company had done no wrong while providing high-quality care at its healthcare facilities.
Shareholders Trent Shores and Adam C. Doverspike successfully represented the Cherokee Nation in a civil lawsuit brought against it by Kimberlie Gilliland, an international fugitive from justice.
