Susan Jordan has devoted her legal career to representing and advising hospitals, physician practice groups, nursing homes, and healthcare providers in civil litigation, medical staff matters, compliance, operations, fair hearings, and state and federal audits and investigations. She also represents healthcare providers in matters involving licensure and discipline before state licensing boards. Susan has obtained numerous defense verdicts on behalf of healthcare providers and hospitals, both in civil litigation and through arbitration.
She is a frequent lecturer at universities, hospitals, and physician practice groups in the areas of risk management, hospital operations, and compliance.
Susan is an arbitrator on the American Health Lawyers Arbitration Panel; serves as the public member on the Oklahoma Board of Chiropractic Examiners; is the former Board Chair of Stand in the Gap, a faith based non-profit that provides services to widows, orphans, and prisoners; and serves on the Board of In His Image International, an organization that seeks to transform nations through family medicine and healthcare. She also serves as a director and facilitator for the Oklahoma Student Leadership Forum, which provides discipleship and leadership to students and young adults. In addition, Susan volunteers with Good Samaritan Health Services, which provides medical care in neighborhoods of high need through free mobile medical clinics. She previously served as a volunteer with Tulsa Lawyers for Children, Reading Partners, and Global Gardens.
