Shareholder Carrie McNeer Selected to State Farm’s 2023 Rising Star Academy

State Farm has selected GableGotwals Shareholder, Carrie McNeer, to attend their Rising Star Academy. The Rising Star Academy, established in tandem with the company’s support of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Resolution 113, is an exclusive program recognizing select outside counsel for their leadership and business acumen. Through its Rising Star Academy, State Farm is actively connecting with diverse counsel to expand business relationships, support diverse attorneys, and further understand State Farm’s business and culture, which prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion as central to its mission.

Carrie’s practice focuses on defending corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of civil litigation in state and federal courts. She regularly defends insurers against allegations of bad faith claims, including institutional bad faith. Carrie also works with physicians, practice groups, hospitals, and nursing homes in cases involving allegations of professional negligence, and she handles cases involving general negligence, products liability, premises liability, and employment law.
