Carrie McNeer joins GableGotwals as of counsel in the Tulsa office. Her practice focuses on defending corporate and individual clients in a wide variety of complex litigation in state and federal courts.

GableGotwals served as legal counsel to Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. in connection with its agreement, announced January 21, 2020, to sell three marine terminals located in New Haven, Connecticut, Wilmington, Delaware and Marrero, Louisiana to Buckeye Partners, L.P. for $250 million.

Congratulations to Adam Doverspike who was appointed by Tulsa Mayor G.T. Bynum to the board of the Metropolitan Tulsa Transit Authority for a three-year term. The Tulsa Transit Board of Trustees oversee the management of Tulsa Transit and govern Tulsa Transit’s policies and major procurement projects.
